Drone Technology Workshop at IIT Madras
Aakash Aerospace had the privilege of conducting an intensive Drone Technology Workshop at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras). The session offered participants an engaging and practical exposure to Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) systems through:
- Hands-on flight training with professional-grade drones
- RealFlight simulation exercises
- Technical sessions on drone design, assembly, and operations
- Immersive FPV (First Person View) flying experiences
The workshop brought together aspiring innovators and enthusiasts, equipping them with both technical expertise and real-world flight experience.

Industrial Visit – Bigbodhi Academy
We had the honor of hosting the students of Bigbodhi Academy for an industrial visit at our in-house aerospace manufacturing facility.
During the visit, students explored the exciting world of drones — from conceptual design and electronic integration to machinery operations and live flight demonstrations.
The experience offered a comprehensive understanding of how drone systems are designed, built, and tested, enabling students to connect classroom concepts with real-world applications.
Such visits aim to inspire young minds and encourage them to pursue careers in STEM, aerospace, and drone technology.
MoU Signing with Sasurie College of Engineering
Aakash Aerospace is delighted to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
with Sasurie College of Engineering, marking a new chapter in our industry–academia collaboration.
As part of this partnership, our team was invited to serve as the Innovation Review Panel for
INTERNAL TECHNOVA 2025, a dynamic platform showcasing innovative projects and emerging technologies by the students.
The event highlighted remarkable creativity, problem-solving capabilities, and technical brilliance from the participants.
